  • How to prevent the camera from damage?

    1.1   Do not expose the product to rain or moisture.

    1.2   To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the case. Installation and maintenance should only be carried out by qualified technicians.

    1.3   Do not use the product beyond the specified temperature, humidity or power supply specifications.

    1.4   Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth when cleaning the camera lens. Wipe it gently with a mild detergent if needed. Do not use strong or corrosive detergents to avoid scratching the lens and affecting the image.

  • How long is your delivery time?

    1-50pcs, within 3-5 working days. >50pcs,within 5-7 working days.

  • What should I do if the camera keeps flashing red light?

    1. Unplug all the cables except original power supply and power on the camera with it. Then check whether the self-check is normal (whether the pan/tilt rotates and the lens is telescopic).

    2. For USB3.0 cameras, the power of USB3.0 itself is not sufficient to power on, and If all kinds of serial ports and HDMI,SDI are used together, some computers output will be not stable. So it is recommended to use a 12V adapter to power on.

    3. For a camera with a network port, whether it can be pinged normally. If you can find the IP, go to the webpage and try to restore the factory settings.


    If the self-check of PTZ or lens is abnormal (PTZ not rotate and the lens not stretch), there is something wrong with the hardware. In this case, the camera need to be returned to our factory for repair. If the self-check is normal and the network can be connected, you can contact our technician for remote assistance in troubleshooting.
